What is Treatment Wallet?
Treatment Wallet is a Mastercard-approved digital wallet that helps you save ahead for your treatments. Choose an amount that suits you and build your balance automatically through Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What can I use my balance for?
Your balance can be used at Aésthira across in-clinic treatments, retail skincare and add-ons. All procedures are subject to medical suitability and consultation.
Can I pause or change my contributions?
Yes. You’re always in control. Adjust your contribution amount, change frequency, pause or stop your contributions whenever you like through the aglow app or by contacting support@getaglow.co.
Note that perks are only available while contributions are active.
Does my balance expire?
No. Your balance stays on your account until you're ready to use it.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time by contacting support@getaglow.co. If you have a balance of $10 or more, you'll have 30 days to spend it before the account closes.
Is my money safe?
Your funds are held securely outside Aésthira by Aglow’s regulated payment partners, not by the clinic. Your balance stays in your Treatment Wallet until you’re ready to use it.
How do I pay in clinic?
Your Aésthira wallet card sits in Apple Pay or Google Pay on your phone. Tap the eftpos terminal to pay, just like any other card.
